Can I have an initial session with the counsellor before the start of counselling?
Will I be able to reschedule or cancel session?
Do I have to book and pay for my sessions monthly or a particular number of sessions upfront?
No. You pay for each session up to 48 hours before the session. There is no upfront payment for the month or for a set number of sessions. Whether you choose long term or short term counselling you have complete autonomy over continuing or stopping the sessions.
